How did you get into DJing? 

By literally falling in love with every kind of Dance music by listening to a very well know Italian radio program from the 90s called “Deejay Time” on Radio Deejay.

What did you do to advance your skills/knowledge?

By keep on practicing and researching every single day like it’s still the first one.

What did your first setup look like?

It was a 2 channels-mixer from Vestax with 2 turntables from an unknown brand that I can’t even remember!

What does your current setup look like?

2 Technics SL-1210, 2 Pioneer CDJ-2000NXS2, 1 Pioneer DJM-900NXS2 and 1 Pioneer DJS-1000.

How did you get your DJ/Artist name?

It’s where the end of my name, Rudy, meets the beginning of my job, a Deejay: I’ve mashed both words together, like in a Mashup! :-)

If you could DJ at any 3 events/festivals what would they be?

Tomorrowland, Ultra, Creamfields.

If you could DJ in any 3 cities what would they be?

Vegas, Tokyo, London.

If you could be a tour DJ for any artist (dead or alive), who would it be?

Queen, hands down!


What is your goal when you play live?

To finding the perfect meeting point between me and the crowd.

What's your go to song right now?

Fisher “You Little Beauty”.

What is your dream as a DJ?

Keep on doing what I’m doing for the rest of my life.

What is some advice you would give to someone with a dream to become a DJ?

To choose this path just for the love of music and not because you wanna have fame.
