Stereotype Co, which is powered by squarespace.com, uses secure processing called SSL Encryption Technology, which is the industry standard. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a protocol developed for the transmission of private information over the Internet. SSL uses a private key to encrypt your data, including your credit card information, so that it cannot be read while being transferred over the Internet.
Privacy
Stereotype Co respects our customers account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside afflictions or individuals. Your information is secured and encrypted with the Secure Socket Layer Software. Squarespace is also certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends to all online stores powered by Squarespace.
Stereotype Co and Not like the other kids are trademarks of Stereotype Supply Company LLC. Letters, photos, or artwork submitted to Stereotype Co, its website, or its writers are assumed intended for publication and may be used for such purposes.

Return Policy
All sales are final. No refunds or returns. Exchanges apply if there was an issue/mistake with the product sent.

Step 4. We will exchange the defective product and provide a tracking # to your replacement
Stereotype Co isn't responsible for shipping costs of products that need to be SHIPPED again due to customer's failure to retrieve mail. Our company isn't responsible for the reshipment of items in the case of invalid address was entered incorrect on the order form. Customer is required to pay shipping costs of any item that is returned to warehouse which needs to be sent again.
The Stereotype Supply Company isn't responsible for packages that are lost & stolen on the CUSTOMER'S premises.
