How did you get into creating?

Creation for me is a blessing to share my innermost thoughts.

Where are you from?

I'm Filipino-American.

How did growing up in your neighborhood/city affect you?

I fell in love with graffiti the first time I moved to NYC.

What did you do to advance your skills/knowledge?

Experimentation of materials.

What does your current setup look like?

A private studio setup.

Who inspires you?

A lot including mixed genre music and arts.

What is your goal when you create?

To create a story behind the queer experience.

Why do you create?

To allow myself to experiment in a world where the queer experience is appreciated.

How has choosing your creative path affected your life?

It has affected it in so many ways. I recently moved to the Philippines now and it will greatly affect the work I’m doing.

Did you have to overcome any obstacles along the way?

Yes, trying different avenues for art exposure.

What's your go-to song right now and why is it important to you?

Muna- “I Know a Place”. It just feels right to be able to put your guard down and be vulnerable.

What is your dream as an artist and what steps are you taking to reach your dream?

My dream is to create a whimsical one man show with a storyline.

What would you tell someone else with a dream?

Keep on going.

Tell us about your most recent release:

It’s a series about the queer experience of different men and how they fall in and out of love within the queer framework of thought. How one homoflexible hetero male has experienced gay love and how it is perceived by his cohort.
